The purpose of the Principles of Business Administration course is to introduce students to the theoretical knowledge related to the business environment as well as to the overall business context. Students will understand the major functions of management and their application in organizational wide.
This course highlights important theories, structures, and trends of business management as the business environment analysis, the global business environment, and managerial planning, organizing, directing, and controlling functions.
The course also addresses quality issues in operations management for producing goods and services, human resource management, and employee behavior and motivation. Students will analyze organizational issues and suggest creative solutions in the decision-making process within the organization.
