The objective of this course is to learn the fundamentals of Product and Brand Management. The aim of the Product Management Part is to make students aware of product levels, product strategy, product development, product lifecycle product decisions and associated responsibilities of the product manager. The objective of Brand management is to provide an understanding of the key issues in building and maintaining brands, brand positioning, strategic brand management, brand portfolio strategies, brand planning and brand equity.
