Dr. Asmatanzeem Bepari is a dedicated pharmacologist and educator to further advancing medical research, education, and professional development. Her academic journey has been marked by excellence, including a merit scholarship for her MBBS degree from the Consultative Committee of Indian Muslims in the US and Canada (CCIM) and a 5th-rank achievement in the M.D. Pharmacology examination conducted by the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS) in May 2014. She was an Assistant professor in PNU from 2018-2023. She currently holds the position of Associate Professor in the Department of Basic Sciences at the College of Medicine, Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Her research focuses on the therapeutic potential of natural products and the molecular mechanisms underlying cancer progression. She has secured numerous research grants to investigate these areas and has published her findings in prestigious journals. She has been awarded research grants as Principal Investigator, from the Deanship of Scientific Research at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University; Grant No. FRP-1441-10, 2020, two grants as Co-Investigator Grant No. FRP-RGP-1442-0033, 2020, and Grant No. 43-PRFA-P-8, 2021. Beyond her research, Dr. Bepari is passionate about mentoring students and fostering a collaborative learning environment. She has organized and participated in various workshops and scientific activities, including those focused on pharmacovigilance, program learning outcomes, and course specifications. She attained positions in curriculum development at college of medicine through Program Committee, Program Learning Outcome Measurement Committee, Data management and Performance Measurement Unit, Medical Transformation- Student added Values committee and she has also participated in quality accreditation. Her dedication to teaching and research has been recognized with awards, such as the Outstanding Researcher Award at the SYMBIOT International Conference 2024. Dr. Bepari's continued efforts to advance medical knowledge and educate future healthcare professionals make her a valuable asset to the academic community.
