Studying as a visiting student for students outside Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University.

 The Deanship of Admissions and Registration at Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University is pleased to welcome you to join us to study part of the graduation requirements under the visit system in one of the university's undergraduate programs. This is to benefit from the university's unique academic environment and to get acquainted with the students of Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University, known for their competence and excellence at both academic and practical levels. We are pleased to provide you with the information you need and to familiarize you with everything related to the visit system of study.

Studying under the visit system:

It's a system that allow students to study one or more courses at another recognized university.

 

Application requirements for studying under the visit system:

1-The student must be Saudi or have a Saudi mother.

2-. The student must not be dismissed for disciplinary or educational reasons.

3. Adherence to the specified deadlines in the academic calendar announced on the Admission and Registration Deanship page at Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University.

4- Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University has no involvement regarding the student's financial bonus, statement, travel ticket discounts, etc. the financial bonus is received from her own university.

5. Visiting students are not entitled to request a dormitory at Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University.

6-The maximum duration of study as a visiting student from outside Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University is two academic semesters, equivalent to one academic year.

7-The student must have an academic record with a cumulative GPA for at least two academic terms.

 

 

Required documents:

1. Completion of the visit application form to Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University.

2. A letter of approval from the Admission and Registration Deanship from her university to study as a visiting student at Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University, specifying the courses the student wishes to take at the university.

3. University ID card (at the student's university).

4. Copy of the national ID card and the original for verification.

5. Certified and stamped academic records up to the last term the student attended.

6. High school certificate.

7. All required documents must be sent in PDF format to the email address (Admission-AS@pnu.edu.sa).

 

 

Procedures for applying  as a visiting student from outside Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University:

 

 The student who wishes to study as a visitor at Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University should complete the following procedures:

1- Refer to the relevant college at Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University to obtain the course descriptions the student wishes to study, well in advance of the announced academic calendar.

2-Fill out the visit form at the student's university, indicating the courses at Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University (course number, code, and name) the student intends to study as a visiting student, provided that these courses are offered in the required semester.

3- Obtain an official approval from the Admission and Registration Deanship at the student's university, attached to the form and stamped with the university stamping.

4- The visiting student is provided with a university ID card according to the regulations of Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University, for use during her study period at the university.

5-The required courses for the student are registered on the form, according to the registration regulations at Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University.

6- The student is granted an email and academic account according to the system of Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University.

7. The student's results are sent after the end of the semester exams to her university.

8-The student's registration at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University is canceled after the exam results are published.

9- The student must return the university ID card to the visit department after completing the exams.

10- If the student is unable to study due to any circumstances, she must submit a withdrawal letter at her university and inform the Admission and Registration Deanship at Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University, and the student will return the university ID card.

11-In case the student is unable to study due to any circumstances, she must submit an apology letter at her university and inform the Admission and Registration Deanship at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, and the student will return the university ID card.
