King Abdullah University Hospital in Princess Noura Bint Abdulrahman University is participating in the 17th Arab Conference on Modern Methods in Hospital Management "The Governance of Health Care Services Based on Patient Experience" organized by the Arab Organization for Administrative Development, the Arab League and the WHO Regional Office for East And in strategic partnership with Al Mowasat Medical Services Company in Saudi Arabia, which was established during the period 3-5 December 2018 in Cairo.
The conference aims at addressing the role of governance and patient experience in improving health care services, the strategic and legal challenges of patient-based health care governance, and successful experiences of governance based on patient experience.
Participating in the scientific paper presented by the Executive Director of the King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz University Hospital, Dr. Ahmed bin Mohammed Abu Aba, entitled "Patient experience, the importance and development, concept and development." In which he reviewed the experience of King Abdullah University Hospital by applying it to the highest international standards and creating a new and different vision for the health care model to achieve the concept of patients' expectations.
It is worth noting that the King Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz University Hospital received the Silver accreditation from Blantry, the first government hospital to receive accreditation in the Middle East during the first year of operation.
