The College of Design and Arts at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University will organize tomorrow, Wednesday, December 10, 2025, the “Nasaq 14” exhibition to showcase the graduation projects of students in the Painting Track of the Department of Visual Arts. The event will be held at the college premises. The exhibition, which runs until Saturday, December 13, 2025, features 43 diverse artistic projects that reflect the graduates’ creative and technical skills. The works highlight the students’ ability to produce pieces that explore themes such as the transformations of time, Saudi identity, concepts that mirror psychological and physical awareness, as well as the relationship between humans and place and their interaction with the environment. These projects demonstrate the students’ application of acquired knowledge in the field of painting. “Nasaq 14” serves as a platform for communication and engagement between students and those interested in the field, helping promote the exchange of experiences and ideas, and supporting students’ connection to labor market needs and professional practices. Dr. Noura Al-Qabba’, Head of the Visual Arts Department, explained that “the 14th edition of the exhibition presents artistic projects in the Painting Track through which students express several themes, most notably the transformations of time and Saudi identity.” She added that the exhibition reflects Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University’s commitment to enhancing students’ creative and intellectual capabilities. The exhibition welcomes visitors from the community on Wednesday and Thursday from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and on Saturday from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Additionally, Wednesday and Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. are dedicated exclusively to women, offering them the opportunity to explore the diversity of artistic approaches and the depth of the students’ creative experiences. The “Nasaq 14” exhibition aligns with Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University’s 2025 strategic plan, which aims to achieve excellence in education and learning and to support the research and innovation ecosystem.
