The Women’s Leadership Center at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University organized the “Qudwa” Program ceremony to honor the graduates of the fourth cohort, totaling 46 participants, at the Center’s headquarters on campus. The program aims to support women on their leadership journey and enhance their performance through training, qualification, consultations, and the provision of professional goals support and leadership development opportunities. The ceremony included honoring a number of leaders and mentors from the fourth cohort in recognition of their efforts and continuous support for the participants, in addition to honoring the official sponsor, PepsiCo International. In the same context, the “Qudwa” Program welcomed its fifth cohort, consisting of 51 participants. This edition will run until May 3, 2026, and includes eight dialogue sessions designed to deepen professional skills and build a sustainable professional network that connects emerging talents with women leaders, within a mentoring pathway aligned with future leadership needs. The “Qudwa” Program reflects the outcomes of the professional and practical development journey offered to participants, by connecting them with highly experienced mentors with strong leadership backgrounds, providing professional support that aligns with career development trends, enhancing the mentoring skills of mentors, and establishing a sustainable professional network. The program also highlights its practical impact on developing participants’ professional and leadership skills in line with Saudi Vision 2030. This ceremony comes as part of the Women’s Leadership Center’s role in contributing to the achievement of Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University’s Strategic Plan 2025, by empowering Saudi women leaders, developing their skills and competencies, and strengthening professional empowerment pathways in alignment with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
