The College of Design and Arts at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University is set to launch tomorrow, Tuesday, November 11, 2025, the “Part of 5” Exhibition to showcase projects by students from the Visual Arts Department. The exhibition highlights learning outcomes across painting, printmaking, and sculpture tracks and will be held at the college premises. “Part of 5” is an artistic space that blends creativity and self-expression, while also helping students develop practical skills in organizing art exhibitions, engaging with visitors, and exchanging artistic techniques—turning academic learning outcomes into a real-life experience. The exhibition, continuing until November 13, 2025, will feature 84 diverse artistic works, including fine art paintings, print artworks, and relief and three-dimensional sculptures. These works draw inspiration from students’ personal, human, and cultural experiences, presenting a variety of artistic styles and material approaches that reflect students’ creative engagement. Dr. Nora Al-Qubbaa, Head of the Visual Arts Department, stated that the “Part of 5” exhibition is “one of the outcomes of the department’s tracks—painting, printmaking, and sculpture—representing unique artistic visions by students who presented deep personal and creative experiences that reflect their identities, cultures, and human journeys.” The exhibition welcomes visitors from 11–13 November, from 10 AM to 1 PM for women, and on 11–12 November from 6 PM to 9 PM for visitors from the wider community interested in exploring the diversity of artistic practices and the depth of students’ creative experiences. The “Part of 5” exhibition is part of the College of Design and Arts’ commitment to enhancing students’ creative and intellectual skills, supporting the university’s 2025 Strategic Plan to prepare competitive graduates, excel in education and learning, and advance research, innovation, and women’s leadership in national development.
