College of Science Organizes the “Curricular Activities Exhibition” at Princess Nourah University

The College of Science at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University organized today, Monday, 3 November 2025, the “Curricular Activities Exhibition” for the Department of Biology, showcasing the activities of biology students and highlighting their outcomes across various fields within the biological sciences. The exhibition, held at the college campus, serves as a platform for communication among faculty, staff, and students within a stimulating educational environment. It presents curricular activities in an interactive manner and facilitates discussions on scientific topics. The exhibition features ten curricular activities addressing topics across different areas of biological sciences, including: “The Relationship Between Stress and the Immune System,” “Microscopic Windows into Health,” “Trichogramma Parasite: A Promising Approach in Biological Control,” “The Geological History of Mount Tuwaiq in Saudi Arabia,” “Awareness of Biological Control and the Kingdom’s Efforts in Integrated Pest and Vector Management,” “A Tale of Survival Initiative,” “A Journey into Field Botany,” “God’s Miracle in the Creation of Plants,” “Exploring Earth’s Microbial World,” and “Remember Me (Alzheimer’s Awareness).” Dr. Muneera Al-Hammadi, Vice Chair of the Biology Department for Student Affairs, explained that the exhibition reflects the college’s efforts to support the educational process and link theoretical knowledge with practical application through presenting students’ creative and curricular outputs. She added that the exhibition enhances the role of the College of Science in developing academic and intellectual skills in alignment with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 to improve education quality. The annual exhibition, held at the end of each academic term, aims to foster student collaboration and encourage the exchange of creative and scholarly ideas in the field of biology. The “Curricular Activities Exhibition” is part of the College of Science’s commitment to contributing to the achievement of Princess Nourah University’s Strategic Plan 2025 by preparing competitive talents, promoting innovation, and developing student skills.
