Dr. Farah bint Mansour Al-Askar, Vice Rector for Academic Affairs at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, received the President of Durham University, Professor Karen O’Brien, along with Vice President for International Affairs Claire O’Malley and the accompanying delegation on Sunday, October 5, 2025. The visit aimed to strengthen the strategic partnership between the two universities and explore ways to develop future joint projects. During the meeting, both sides discussed the outcomes of the existing partnership, cooperation in energy and archaeology fields, and other shared topics of interest. This visit reflects efforts to enhance academic collaboration, exchange expertise, and achieve excellence in education and scientific research. It also strengthens relations between both universities and highlights PNU’s role as an institution committed to innovation and women’s empowerment locally and internationally.
