Princess Nourah University’s Acting President, Dr. Fawzia bint Sulaiman Al-Amro, inaugurated on Sunday, September 28, 2025, the Digital Media Exhibition in celebration of the 95th Saudi National Day. The event was organized by the Department of Media and Knowledge Impact at the university’s Central Library. The exhibition commemorates the unification of the Kingdom by King Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al Saud, may he rest in peace, and strengthens feelings of pride and belonging. It reflects the university’s dedication to supporting national events and fostering loyalty among its community through innovative and tech-driven approaches. The digital exhibition, which runs until Wednesday, October 1, 2025, offers an interactive experience and knowledge journey showcasing the Kingdom’s history, its flourishing present, and its future vision through creatively designed digital content that embodies the spirit of the nation. The exhibition includes interactive digital and artistic activities, such as VR simulations of significant historical moments, an interactive knowledge journey across Saudi regions through touch screens, an audio listening zone, a national-themed selfie station, a podcast corner for recording patriotic messages, visual displays highlighting the Kingdom’s development projects, and national artworks created by university students reflecting values of loyalty, identity, and pride. The exhibition is considered the first digital media content platform of its kind among Saudi universities. It aligns with Princess Nourah University’s Strategic Plan 2025 by promoting knowledge and societal impact, supporting innovation in sustainable media, and enhancing digital content that preserves national memory.
