Four academic programs at Princess Nourah University have received accreditation from the United Nations Tourism Organization (UN Tourism–TedQual) for the period from September 15, 2025, to September 15, 2028. The accredited programs include the Bachelor of Tourism Guidance in the College of Humanities and Social Sciences, and three programs in the Applied College: Diploma in Tourism and Travel Management, Diploma in Hospitality Management, and Diploma in Culinary Arts. This accreditation reflects the efforts of both colleges in meeting international quality standards related to curriculum design, infrastructure, educational support, administrative processes, faculty selection mechanisms, and alignment of program content with the needs of the tourism sector. The international accreditation, offered in partnership with the Ministry of Tourism, ensures that academic programs meet global education standards and labor market expectations by integrating academic learning with real-world professional requirements. This equips graduates with internationally recognized competencies and enhances their competitiveness both locally and globally. This achievement aligns with the university’s Strategic Plan 2025 to secure national and international accreditations, ensure academic program quality, strengthen alignment with labor market requirements, and enhance graduate outcomes in the growing tourism industry.
