Princess Nourah University’s Women’s Leadership Center launched the second edition of the “Qiyadiyah” training program with the participation of 45 early-career Saudi women leaders selected from over 1,080 applications representing 350 entities across governmental, private, and non-profit sectors. The program, running until the end of November in partnership with Alinma Bank, aims to strengthen leadership competencies through exposure to global and local leadership concepts, expertise sharing, challenge-based learning, and skills development. Its comprehensive journey features applied workshops, one-to-one coaching, simulations, field visits, and interactive activities, with academic collaboration from international partners such as Cornell University. The curriculum focuses on transformative leadership—including purposeful leadership, high-performance team management, change leadership, influence, communication, and financial simulations—and on leadership skills for Saudi women, covering empowerment, digital transformation, crisis communication, and media engagement. Recognized as a national case study in the Oxford Business Group 2025 report, the program supports PNU’s strategic ambition to empower women leaders and advance their role in national development.
