The Medical Skills and Simulation Center at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University has received renewed accreditation from the Society for Simulation in Healthcare (SSH) for the period from 17 June 2025 to 31 December 2030, following a comprehensive evaluation that confirmed its adherence to internationally recognized standards in medical simulation. This renewal affirms the Center’s excellence in offering innovative training programs that accurately replicate real healthcare environments, thereby enhancing the competencies of healthcare professionals and improving the quality of patient care. The achievement reflects the Center’s commitment to advancing simulation-based medical education and supporting a high-quality training ecosystem aligned with global standards of safety and excellence. Executive Director of the Center, Dr. Abdulhakim Al-Obaid, stated that “this accreditation renewal highlights the critical role played by the Center in strengthening the skills of healthcare practitioners through a safe educational environment that simulates clinical reality with precision, allowing trainees to develop clinical skills and decision-making abilities.
