As part of its continuous efforts to realize its strategic programs, strengthen women’s roles across various fields, and support pathways for professional training and development, Noura Education Houses at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University delivered a comprehensive set of specialized educational, training, and advisory programs during the past academic year, benefiting more than 1,400 participants, including faculty members, administrative staff, students, and women seeking professional advancement. The Education Houses conducted a series of specialized training programs across its three units: the House of Consultation and Professional Development, the Digital House, and the House of Talents. The House of Consultation and Professional Development offered diverse courses such as “Values-Based Teaching” and “Essentials of Professional Project Management,” while the House of Talents delivered courses including “Etiquette and Professional Courtesy” and “Fashion Design Techniques,” and the Digital House offered advanced technical courses such as “Concepts and Applications of Artificial Intelligence” and “Big Data and Deep Learning,” all led by distinguished experts from within the University. Throughout the year, the Education Houses delivered fourteen specialized training programs and workshops to nearly 240 trainees, evaluated twelve research tools involving forty-one academic reviewers, and oversaw training projects for approximately 600 trainees. Additionally, they provided thirteen training courses under the third and fourth cycles of the Career Readiness Program to support students, graduates, and community members by offering academic and professional development. As part of the fourth Career Week, the Education Houses offered career counseling sessions and six specialized workshops for nearly 200 graduates, covering topics such as contract literacy and employee rights, cloud computing concepts and applications, future labor market skills, and résumé writing and interview preparation, enabling each graduate to identify suitable career pathways aligned with their qualifications, capabilities, and interests, under the supervision of the University’s Career Guidance Center. These efforts support PNU’s 2025 Strategic Plan, which aims to prepare competitive talents, invest in youth potential through extracurricular learning opportunities, strengthen integration with the labor market, and reinforce the vital role of women in national development in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030.
