The Student Support and Career Development Center at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University launched the summer cohort of the “Mentorship Program” for the academic year 1446 AH, with approximately 48 participating students and graduates, supported by 33 experts from academia and industry. The program, running until 28 August 2025, fosters professional relationships centered on guidance, support, and shared learning between mentors and mentees seeking to enhance their academic, personal, and professional skills. It aims to support career growth, broaden professional networks, share expertise, and strengthen leadership capabilities. The program reflects PNU’s commitment to integrating theoretical learning with practical experience, preparing Saudi women for the labor market, increasing graduate employability, and enabling them to play a leading role in national development in alignment with Vision 2030. This initiative contributes to the University’s 2025 Strategic Plan by providing competitive outcomes, career counseling, and knowledge and skills enrichment that empower students to contribute to shaping the future workforce.
