During July, the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University is organizing a series of specialized training activities aimed at developing digital skills and technical and cognitive innovation. The activities are held in an interactive environment that enhances integration between academic education and practical skills required in the labor market for students, faculty members, and interested participants, at the Code Lab on campus. The training series includes a workshop titled “Fundamentals of Marketing Strategy without Complex Terminology or Professional Tools,” which aims to enable participants to understand marketing strategy concepts and present practical models for formulating effective marketing strategies using simplified tools suited to their projects and personal identities. The Center is also implementing a workshop titled “Fundamentals of 3D Design Using Shapr3D,” which addresses several topics, including the basics of 3D design, its applications, and the most widely used software, with a focus on Shapr3D tools, modeling techniques, and exporting methods. This workshop contributes to familiarizing participants with the fundamentals and functions of 3D design and equipping them with the ability to professionally create 3D prototypes. As part of its developmental efforts, the Center is organizing a workshop titled “Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship,” which contributes to establishing core entrepreneurship concepts, from idea generation to operational stages, and demonstrates how to transform ideas into tangible projects, thereby enhancing awareness of the importance of entrepreneurship in community development. In the same context, the Center is offering a panel discussion titled “From Logo to Story: How Do You Build a Brand?” which reviews concepts of visual identity development, the relationship between user experience and branding, highlights the role of identity in shaping first impressions, and explores the connection between user experience and visual identity. These training activities fall within the role of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center in contributing to the achievement of Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University’s 2025 Strategic Plan by empowering students and faculty members in digital creativity and design, promoting a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship, supporting the knowledge economy, and preparing female cadres capable of competitiveness and excellence in technical and creative fields.
