The Deanship of Student Affairs at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University launched the Noura Summer Camp on Sunday, 29 June 2025, aiming to provide a productive and effective summer experience that enhances positive participation and combines learning with skill development. The camp is held on campus. The summer camp, offered to University students during the vacation period, focuses on qualifying and developing students’ scientific and leadership skills and strengthening institutional belonging to the University through diverse educational and interactive programs, within a stimulating environment that supports communication and an integrated university experience. The camp includes a package of interactive workshops across creative, cultural, artistic, and athletic fields, as well as a series of training and dialogue sessions aimed at developing leadership and critical thinking skills. It also features mental, physical, and interactive activities, along with various recreational events, including design and art workshops such as photography, group painting, and handicrafts, in addition to educational field visits inside and outside the University. These visits include several government entities and aim to link theoretical knowledge with practical applications and refine students’ comprehensive skills. The Noura Summer Camp comes as part of the Deanship of Student Affairs’ efforts to contribute to achieving the objectives of Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University’s 2025 Strategic Plan by investing students’ free time, equipping them with 21st-century competencies, and aligning learning outcomes with labor market needs in terms of knowledge, skills, and values.
