In Partnership with “Mawhiba,” Princess Nourah University Hosts the Academic and Global Mawhiba Enrichment Programs

The Deanship of Student Affairs at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, in partnership with the King Abdulaziz and His Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity (Mawhiba), hosted the Mawhiba Academic Enrichment and Mawhiba Global Enrichment programs on Sunday, 29 June 2025, with the participation of approximately (434) gifted students. The Academic Enrichment Program is held at the College of Designs and Arts and aims to enrich knowledge, broaden the perspectives of gifted students, and build scientific and practical expertise according to global methodologies through activities focused on skill development. The program includes four main tracks: Computer Science and Applied Mathematics; Medical, Biological, and Chemical Sciences; Physics, Earth, and Space Sciences; and Engineering Sciences. These tracks comprise (12) enrichment units, including two units in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, two units in Biotechnology, two units in Medical and Biological Sciences, in addition to standalone units in Cryptography, Cybersecurity, Renewable Energy, Chemical Applications, Anatomy and Physiology, and Principles of Engineering Design. The Global Enrichment Program is launched at the College of Sciences and aims to develop scientific and personal skills and support gifted students through academic experiences, workshops, and skill-based activities delivered at a global level under the supervision of international experts. The program includes ten enrichment tracks across various scientific fields: Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, two medical tracks, Economics and Finance, Biotechnology, Neuroscience, Space Science, Sustainability Engineering, and Architecture. It is worth noting that the Academic and Global Mawhiba Enrichment Programs extend for approximately three weeks and are implemented regularly within the partnership between Princess Nourah University and Mawhiba, reflecting a shared belief in the importance of refining knowledge and skills across various academic and applied fields, investing in young gifted human resources, strengthening their capabilities to achieve national goals, and contributing to the building of a prosperous economy and sustainable development.
