Conclusion of the “Apprenticeship” Program Activities for the Second Semester with 116 Beneficiaries

The Student and Career Support Center, represented by the Career Guidance Department at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, concluded the activities of the “Apprenticeship” Program for the second semester of the academic year 1446 AH. The program was implemented with the participation of (71) female and male experts from various professional and academic disciplines, and up to (116) beneficiaries from among the University’s students and graduates. The program contributed to strengthening the link between the academic and practical aspects by providing high-quality mentoring opportunities for the beneficiaries, with a focus on skill development while benefiting from the diversity of the experts’ specializations. The “Apprenticeship” Program is one of the initiatives through which Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University seeks to enhance integration between theoretical knowledge and practical application, and to empower Saudi women to acquire the skills necessary to keep pace with labor market requirements. The program is driven by a vision aimed at increasing the employment rate of the University’s graduates, strengthening their position as effective contributors to the achievement of Saudi Vision 2030, and building a generation of women capable of leading developmental transformations. This initiative comes as part of the efforts of the Student and Career Support Center to contribute to achieving the objectives of Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University’s Strategic Plan 2025, by providing competitive outcomes, career guidance, and cognitive and skills enrichment for female students, as well as empowering them to contribute to building the society of the future.
