Signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation between Princess Nourah University and the Ministry of Defense

Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University and the Ministry of Defense signed a Memorandum of Cooperation on Sunday, 18 May 2025, to enhance collaboration in capacity building, exchange of expertise, and implementation of best practices in education and training aimed at developing human capital. The memorandum covers several areas of cooperation, including benefiting from educational programs, collaboration in internal scholarships and fellowships, contributing to the development of training programs, providing training support in designing and developing learning outcomes for military academic programs, offering scientific, research, and technical consultations, delivering electronic educational and training solutions, exchanging academic expertise, and conducting joint research and studies. The memorandum was signed on behalf of Princess Nourah University by the Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Farah Al-Askar, and on behalf of the Ministry of Defense by the Deputy Minister for Excellence Services, Eng. Mohammed bin Muammar. The agreement reflects shared objectives in fostering knowledge exchange and strengthening communication to serve human capital efficiency, in alignment with the University’s Strategic Plan 2025, which seeks to expand strategic partnerships and leverage academic, technical, and research capabilities to reinforce its position as a leading educational institution.
