Natural and Health Sciences Research Center Organizes a Series of Workshops to Enhance Academic Outputs

The Natural and Health Sciences Research Center at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University is organizing a series of specialized training workshops during the current month to enhance academic outputs, improve research competencies, and strengthen research quality through the application of modern methodologies. The online training series includes a workshop titled “Patient-Reported Outcome Research Based on Reported Results”, targeting students, researchers, and faculty members in the health sector, as well as a workshop titled “Basic Techniques in Microbiology” for students of the College of Health Sciences. The workshops aim to deepen understanding of patient-reported outcomes, discuss key types, provide best-practice guidelines for designing and conducting patient-report studies, enhance critical evaluation skills, raise awareness of the importance of patient outcomes research, and introduce microbiology fundamentals, sterilization and safety techniques, and microbiological applications in practical activities. These workshops contribute to achieving Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University’s Strategic Plan 2025 by improving research quality, advancing health and research performance, integrating with labor market needs, and enhancing skills, knowledge, and values that support development.
