College of Computer and Information Sciences Launches the Third Issue of the “Artificial Intelligence Newsletter”

The College of Computer and Information Sciences at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University launched the third issue of the Artificial Intelligence Newsletter, titled “Insights from Technology Experts and Digital Innovation,” featuring perspectives from several technology and artificial intelligence experts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the field of digital innovation, with the aim of highlighting the latest technologies and best practices in artificial intelligence. The third issue presents topics, discussions, and scientific contributions by technology and AI experts that reflect the advantages and importance of employing artificial intelligence technologies in the education and business sectors, areas of application, and future impacts. The newsletter includes topics such as: “Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University and the Artificial Intelligence Strategy,” “Generative Artificial Intelligence: A Technology Story That Changed the World,” “From Blackboard to Screen: The Journey of Education Through Digital Innovation,” “Government Services: Anytime and Anywhere,” and “A Digital Journey Toward Excellence.” The periodic newsletter issued by the Artificial Intelligence Center aims to serve as a comprehensive reference for researchers, students, and labor market specialists in all matters related to artificial intelligence. It focuses on raising awareness of AI technologies, highlighting their practical applications in vital fields such as medicine, education, and industry, and discussing the most significant ethical issues associated with them. This third issue comes as part of the efforts of the Artificial Intelligence Center at the College of Computer and Information Sciences to enhance awareness of the latest developments in AI and highlight its growing impact on the education sector, in line with the objectives of Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University’s Strategic Plan 2025, which aims to strengthen research, innovation, and entrepreneurship ecosystems.
