training course entitled "Crisis Management and Business Continuity"

The General Directorate of Human Resources' Development and Training Unit organized a three-day training course entitled "Crisis Management and Business Continuity" on the 28th, 29th, and 30th of Dhu al- Hijjah 1444 H. The course, offered by the General Organization for Technical and Vocational Training, was conducted by Ms. Amal Al-Mutairi, who holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from King Saud University in Riyadh. The course was targeted at the female employees of safety, health, environment, and security. A total of 15 female trainees participated in the course.
The general objective of the training course: to imparting the participants with the skills and knowledge to manage crises within the organization.
As for the specific objectives:
To introduce participants to the concept of work stress.
To introduce them to the concept of mind management, especially when working under pressure.
To learn how to manage work stress.
To learn how to collaborate with others.
To understand the nature of crises.
To learn how to manage crises.
To learn how to build effective crisis management teams within their organization.
To understand the characteristics and roles of crisis leadership.
To learn about the fishbone diagram.
To identify, address, deal with the dynamic challenges related to the Crisis Management Team, and provide appropriate solutions and effective strategies (TMC).
