The Secretariat of the Princess Noura Award for Women’s Excellence has announced the opening of nominations for the award’s seventh edition (1446 – 2025). This award serves as a tribute and recognition of the outstanding achievements of Saudi women in various fields, supporting their significant contributions to comprehensive and sustainable national development. The award this year includes 6 areas for nomination, which are “theoretical” and “applied”: the field of natural sciences, the field of health business, the field of social initiatives, the field of artistic work, the field of economic projects, and the field of human studies. Dr. Inas Al-Issa, President of Princess Noura University and Chairwoman of the Supreme Committee for the Award, confirmed that the continuity of the Princess Noura Award for Women’s Excellence in its seventh cycle highlights the pioneering role that the university plays towards the women of the nation, supporting their participation and enhancing their distinction and presence at both local and global levels. She pointed out the award’s dimensions, which include presenting inspiring success stories and diverse innovations. This reflects the motivation of new generations of women to contribute further to the national development journey. It is worth mentioning that the nomination for the seventh cycle of the Princess Noura Award for Women’s Excellence will begin on October 1, 2024, and will continue until December 30, 2024. Nominations are available for government entities, the private sector, and recognized scientific and cultural bodies and institutions, as well as for individuals in the diverse fields and topics of the award this year.
