​The Student Services Department oversees all student-related matters at the college, from registration to graduation.

main responsibilities:

- Supervising student club activities, events, competitions, and theater performances in coordination with the Deanship of Student Affairs.

- Offering various support services, including financial support, housing, transportation, and nutrition, along with comprehensive student support including psychological and social counseling, and services for students with special circumstances.

- Offering services to graduates and fostering positive connections with the college through collaboration with the university's Alumni Department.

- Providing skill support and career guidance to both students and graduates in partnership with the Career Counseling Center.

- Attracting talented students from all levels and encouraging their involvement in relevant opportunities to enhance their talents and skills.
