About The Academic Program

The Renewable Energy Engineering program aims to prepare students for a distinguished professional future by providing them with scientific qualifications in renewable energy engineering. It equips them with the ability to understand and diagnose renewable energy engineering systems and develop appropriate solutions according to high technical specifications, while considering ethical and social aspects. Nature and Goals of the Program

This program is set to prepare professional engineers capable of developing, maintaining, and monitoring renewable energy systems. Throughout this program, students will gain a solid knowledge of related fundamental disciplines such as electrical engineering, materials engineering, thermal engineering, and information systems. The students will also study advanced engineering subjects including Concentrating solar-thermal power, solar energy, wind energy, and grid energy storage. This provides a comprehensive theoretical and practical curriculum, qualifying them to meet the requirements of the labor market.
