Nature and Goals of the Program

The specialization aims to qualify female students who are capable of managing and developing human resources, entering institutions and companies with high professionalism, by providing them with the knowledge and practical skills necessary to manage human resources, entering organizations, and training on manpower management related to employment, training and development, performance evaluation, compensation management, in addition to developing their skills in communication, employee engagement, and taking Decisions related to human resources in accordance with laws and laws.
