About the Skills Record
The Skills Record is an official document approved by the university that documents the life skills (personal and professional) that the student has acquired during her studies at the university.The departments responsible for implementing the Skills Record are: the Deanship of Student Affairs, represented by the Deanship of Student Activities and the Vice Deanships of Student Affairs in the colleges.
Main aims:
To document the skills acquired by the student during her university life.
To motivate the student to develop her skills and enrich her resume.
To document the student's participation in training courses and workshops that develop her personal and professional skills acquired during her studies at the university.
To improve the university's outputs by assisting the student in developing the skills needed by the labor market.
To achieve leadership in increasing the employment rate of graduates.
Conditions:
The student must be enrolled and regular at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University.
The certificate or document obtained by the student during her studies at the university must be approved and stamped by the entity that organized the activity, and the competent authority at the university must verify its authenticity.
Contents of the Skills Record:
It includes the training courses and workshops attended by the student inside the university or from approved entities outside the university, provided that the credited hours are obtained according to the following fields:
Self-development and personality building (not less than 20 hours).
Computer or accredited CIT-MOS license (not less than 15 hours).
Professional qualification courses (not less than 23 hours).
Specialized professional training courses (not less than 12 hours).
Participation in voluntary work and community service within the university or with trusted and specialized external entities (not less than 50 hours).

Leadership skills:
The student must have held positions in the following areas:
Membership or chairmanship of the Student Advisory Council.
Presidency of a student club or association.
Membership of the Student Fund Board of Directors
Participation in student employment.
Awards and patents: The student must have received one or more awards (local, regional, international).
