​Department of Post Graduates Studies

It is an administration responsible for following up on the graduate studies programs in the college, including master's and higher diploma programs. The Deanship of Graduate Studies Programs aims to achieve the university's vision of the university being a beacon of knowledge and values for women, by implementing and following up on the university and college's policies for graduate studies, as well as following up on the affairs of graduate students and providing them with a comfortable and stimulating study environment for creativity and innovation. It also oversees all procedures related to the graduate studies programs in the college.​

Tasks:

  • Providing and implementing specialized graduate programs in the field of languages.

  • Developing and improve graduate programs by setting annual evaluation and development strategies.

  • Establishing organizational procedures for all matters related to graduate studies programs in the college.

  • Following up on graduate studies affairs and verify the fulfillment of the conditions and controls of the unified regulations for graduate studies in universities and their executive rules in the university.

  • Coordinating with academic departments on all matters related to graduate studies.

  • Following up on the student cases of graduate studies students and provide an appropriate environment for work and creativity.​

Research Office

​​The office aims to develop and enhance the system of scientific research and applied studies in the college's specializations, and elevate their level locally and globally. It seeks to actively encourage and motivate faculty members to engage in scientific research. It also apply performance quality standards and outcomes according to a clear strategic vision aligned with the university's strategic plan and Vision 2030.​


Project Managment Office

Tasks:
  • Achieving a renewable investment environment to serve the community and keep pace with future horizons and the national vision.
  • Meeting the needs of the job market with highly efficient and competent graduates with a sense of citizenship, professional ethics, leadership, and responsibility.
  • Supporting highly efficient cadres.
  • Achieving institutional empowerment to support sustainability and optimal investment of the college's resources.
  • Developing the college's revenues.​

Strategic Partnerships and Community Service

Tasks:

  • ​Attracting strategic partnerships in line with the college's direction and ambitious national aspirations.
  • Contributing to the achievement of the college's strategic objectives through building local and international cooperative relationships.
  • Activating partnerships with the public and private sectors and enhancing cooperation to achieve the college's objectives and strengthen the future of its specialization (in coordination with the Deanship of Strategic Partnerships at the university).
  • Investing in partnerships to serve the college's plan and enhance specialized community partnership opportunities for students and staff, in coordination with the departments and student clubs in the college.
  • Creating training opportunities for students through communication with external entities and benefiting from partnerships, and providing job opportunities in coordination with the academic departments and the Deanship of Educational Affairs in the college.
  • Increasing the level of investment in the field of strategic partnerships in a way that generates financial revenues for the university​.
