    Nature and Goals of the Program

    The Information Systems program serves as a bridge between computer science disciplines and various professional fields. The program aims to provide graduates with the theoretical foundations of both computing and information, enabling them to analyze, design, develop, and operate information systems.

    1 Preparing qualified competencies academically and professionally in the field of computer science to meet the needs of the labor market.
    2 Developing the program to achieve quality requirements and local and international academic accreditation

    K1 Identify the theory, principle of an event, phenomenon, appropriate research methods or investigation techniques.
    K2 Explain theoretical computing knowledge in solving basic problems.
    S1 Apply software development processes on a computing-based solution to meet a given set of computing requirements in the context of the program’s discipline.

    1 Possess knowledge about the computer components, software development, programming languages, databases, and computer applications.
    2 Able to apply basic concepts and principles in the fields of computer sciences.
