About the Office of Student Services
The office aims to create a motivating environment for students by providing services, developing their social aspects, and offering psychological and social support and intellectual awareness to ensure the stability of the student.
Main Objectives
- Establish the control measures and executive rules for student services and activities.
- Implement technical systems in the Deanship of Student Affairs.
- Local and international student partnerships to exchange cultural, advisory, and student services experiences.
- Establish local and international agreements with governmental and private sectors to develop students' skills.
- Build the executive roadmap for the vocational training of graduates from the Humanities Colleges at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University.
- Administrative quality of the Deanship's units by fulfilling the requirements for institutional accreditation at the university.
Tasks
- Supervising the activities of student clubs, sports, events, competitions, and the college theater in coordination with the Deanship of Student Affairs.
- Supervising student volunteer work in coordination with the Deanship of Student Affairs.
- Providing supportive services (grants and loans - student rights - student housing - student cooperation - lockers - nutrition).
- Providing psychological and social counseling services and services for students with disabilities.
- Providing graduate services and enhance the continuation of a positive relationship with the college in coordination with the University's Graduate Affairs Administration.
- Providing skills support and vocational guidance for students and graduates in coordination with the University's Student and Professional Support Center.
- Activating the role of the student monitor in coordination with the Deanship of Student Affairs.
- Coordinating with the Partnerships and Community Responsibility Administration in the college regarding student volunteering.
