  • Supervising the preparation of the annual plan for Academic Affairs and follow up the implementation after approval.
  • Supervising the implementation and compliance of the regulations and rules governing the study and examination regulations and ensure their application.
  • Supervising the organizational structure units, build their plans, and follow up on the progress of their work.
  • Supervising academic programs at the college level.
  • Supervising the academic process in the college.
  • Supervising the follow-up of the implementation of the quality management system in the college and adherence to academic accreditation standards.
  • Supervising the affairs of training the internship students at the bachelor's and master's levels
  • Supervising the students' scientific activities related to developing training skills
  • Supervise the affairs of practitioners from the college faculty members in the hospitals and obtain professional licenses
  • Supervising the issuance of completion certificates for intern students after completion of the training period and training requirements
  • Supervising the annual honoring of training bodies and external supervisors
  • Supervising the compliance of the Academic Titles Committee and submit the reports to the Dean of the College
  • Following up the performance of the students and the graduate in the profession practice test and provide the necessary support for improvement
  • Implementing the educational programs that contribute to educating internship students and provid​e them with the necessary skills to practice and pass the professional licensing test.

​Department of Teaching and Learning Quality  

Tasks:
  • Preparing the annual plan for teaching and learning quality management and follow up the implementation after approval.
  • Spread a culture of excellence in teaching and learning and build the capabilities of the faculty members in coordination with the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning
  • Spreading the culture of quality and academic accreditation and nominate faculty for internal and external courses in the field of teaching and learning quality in coordination with the Deanship of Quality Assurance and Academic Accreditation.
  • Verifying the completeness of the requirements for quality assurance and academic accreditation for all college programs and archive them electronically.
  • Following up on the continuous development and improvement of all college programs.
  • Following up on quality measurement tools and questionnaires to evaluate performance indicators.

Department of Educational Affairs

Tasks:
  • Following up the registration and schedules and submit their reports.
  • Following up the progress of the exams and submit their reports.
  • Following up the progress of the educational process and submit its reports.
  • Preparing a plan for academic advisory in cooperation with academic departments and following up on its implementation.
  • Supervising freshmen (first year students) programs.ing- Activate the work of the educational process committees (deprivation and stumbling, equivalence, dean's list … etc).

Laboratory and Learning Resources Management Department ​

Tasks:​
  • Supervising the college laboratories, perform regular inventorying to their contents, evaluate the state of the equipment and provide periodic maintenance.
  • Supervising the application of safety procedures in laboratories
  • Providing the laboratories' needs of consumables
  • Supervising​ the college library and provide and update references according to the college's needs.
