The Department of Health Communication Sciences at the College of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University organized an awareness meeting entitled (Listen to us), presented by Dr. Nora Al-Ajroush, a faculty member at the college, on Thursday, October 24, at King Abdullah University Hospital, hosted by Mr. Muhammad Khalil Al-Hashemi with hearing loss to transfer his experience

The event also aims to educate students, specialists, hearing impaired and their families about the journey of the hearing impaired in their rehabilitation journey before and after cochlear implantation.

The event was attended by a large group of university students, hearing-impaired children and their families, a rehabilitation specialist at King Abdullah University Hospital, in addition to a number of charities concerned with hearing loss. ​
