The Cooperative Training Program at the College of Engineering at Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University aims to empower female students by enabling them to apply theoretical concepts in a real-world work environment. It focuses on developing their practical and communication skills, thereby preparing them to face the challenges of the job market with competence and confidence after graduation.
The Cooperative Training Program aims to:
-Acquaint students with the work environment post-graduation.
-Develop skills and the ability to enhance engineering design systems in the real world.
-Utilize acquired skills to solve real engineering and technical problems.
-Foster creative thinking in analyzing and solving engineering issues.
-Promote interdisciplinary learning and enhance a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
-Cultivate a sense of responsibility and self-reliance.
Target Group:
Tenth-level female students from all majors at the College of Engineering, including:
-Industrial and Systems Engineering
-Electrical Engineering - Communications
-Electrical Engineering - Electronics
-Biomedical Engineering
