The English Language Institute at Princess Noura Bint Abdul Rahman University offers many different language courses for different groups of society in order to enhance the linguistic proficiency level, develop communication skills, and provide beneficiaries with the basics of language that enable them to communicate effectively.

Dean’s Message •

I am pleased to welcome you to the English Language Institute (ELI) at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, where we keep pace with the latest trends in English language teaching methodologies that meet the needs of all academic disciplines across the university to achieve the best learning outcomes.

At the ELI, we have been implementing a comprehensive strategic plan in line with the university's strategic goals and the Kingdom's Vision 2030, based on providing students with the knowledge and skills necessary for the ever-changing labor market demands and enhancing their linguistic competencies in the English language as an essential twenty-first century skill. We also constantly work on running professional development courses, enhancing scientific research, and serving the community.

The ELI's mission is not only limited to teaching the English language, but it also provides specific programs and initiatives that are in line with the university's goals and plans and providing support services to the wider community such as proofreading, editing, and training employees on the English language skills.

I am proud and honored to lead a dedicated team at the ELI who are, driven by the Kingdom's 2030 vision, eager to achieve the university's vision and mission.
