The Vice Deanship aims to create an educational environment conducive to creativity and excellence by developing students' skills, taking care of their professional and educational needs, attracting distinguished faculty members, and continually improving their performance. The Vice Deanship also works to develop and continuously improve educational programs in accordance with quality standards and academic accreditation requirements, in addition to developing methods for the fair evaluation of students while raising the efficiency of the outcomes.


Departments and Units

Department of Educational Affairs

The administration works on following up on registration and schedules, and on the progress of the educational process and exams. It also prepares an academic counseling plan in cooperation with academic departments and follows up on its implementation.​

Department of Laboratories and Learning Resources 

The Department of Laboratories and Learning Resources works to supervise the college's laboratories, evaluate the condition of the equipment, and provide maintenance periodically in coordination with the university's laboratories unit, in addition to providing multiple sources of information related to educational needs. It also supervises the implementation of safety procedures in laboratories in coordination with the Safety Department and the Radiation Control Department. as well as supervising the college library and providing and updating references according to the college's needs in coordination with the university's central library.​

Department​ of Quality of Teaching and Learning 

It contributes significantly to verifying the fulfillment of quality standards in established or newly created programs through its membership in the College's Academic Program Development Committee, spreading the culture of excellence in teaching and learning, and building the capabilities of college employees in coordination with the Teaching and Learning Excellence Program. The Management is keen to verify the completion of quality assurance and academic accreditation requirements for all college programs and archive them electronically.

Learning Unit

The unit works to follow up on the inventory of electronic programs and courses and provide contact information with members and electronic course directors. It support course Directors in the event of technical problems.  The unit is also interested in working to spread awareness of e-learning to all college employees, including faculty members.​
