​​About the Department

It is a department concerned with everything that refines student skills and activating their participation in local and international events, conferences, competitions, student trips, activating the role of students in sports and student clubs and activities, as well as providing skill support and career guidance for students and graduates, as well as providing psychological and social counseling services, as well as providing all services to graduates to integrate them into society and develop the professional side and involve them in volunteer work.

Tasks of the Department​

  • Supervising the activities of student and sports clubs, events, student competitions and theater in the college in coordination with the Deanship of Student Affairs.
  • Supervising student volunteer work in coordination with the Deanship of Student Affairs.
  • Providing support services (subsidies and loans - student rights - female student housing - student cooperation - treasury - nutrition).
  • Providing psychological and social counseling services to students.
  • Providing services to students with disabilities.
  • Providing graduate services and enhancing the continuation of the positive relationship with the college in coordination with the Alumni Department at the university.
  • Providing skill support and career guidance to students and graduates in coordination with the Student and Career Support Center at the university.​
  • Coordination with the Department of Partnerships and Social Responsibility in the college regarding student volunteering.

Club (Dental Club)

It is a student club through which science and knowledge are disseminated to university students, educating them in the field of dentistry, participating in cultural activities and international days.It aims to enhance the role of the student and support her in the field of dentistry, and to develop students' capabilities and advance them to excellence in the field of oral and dental health.All female students' participations are recorded in the student's skill record.


Conditions for nomination for membership of the student club: 

1. The student must be enrolled and regular in one of the faculties of the university.

2. To be of good conduct and behavior, and not to have been issued any disciplinary sanction.

3. Renewal of membership annually.

4. Fill out the membership application form.​


Gym 

It is a club concerned with raising the level of physical efficiency of students by organizing events, competitions and sports activities, and the club is also interested in developing students' skills and sports hobbies, forming sports teams for various sports activities according to their desire, and supervising the commitment of students.​


Student Activities 

It is interested in promoting extracurricular activities for students and developing plans for the year's events and is interested in spreading cultures, various activities and international days, and the possibility of implementing plans according to the students' desire with the available capabilities.​



Female Lockers 

The entity responsible for renting the lockers for female students in the College of Dentistry is the Support and Support Services Office.​


Alumni Unit 

It aims to connect with all PNUCD graduates and advertise workshops and courses that will help them in their professional development. Also, maintain communication with them in order to follow up on their opinions and implement their suggestions to enhance the program and their participation in college events and community service.​


Psychological and Social Counseling Unit

  • Study students' social, psychological and economic cases and work to solve them.
  • tify the manifestations of social, psychological and behavioral problems suffered by the student and implement programs to confront them.
  • Developing students' abilities to discover their talents and benefit from them in dealing with their problems that face them.
  • Helping students achieve the highest levels of psychological, social and academic adjustment.
  • Transferring​ students to various community institutions in case of need.​
