  •  Fostering a culture of innovation; providing logistical and technical support for innovators and outstanding researchers in coordination with the Deanship of Scientific Research and Libraries and the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center.
  •  Encouraging faculty to apply for research programs; monitoring progress of research projects.
  •  Following up on research groups and informing them about institutional funding services for research and innovation.
  •  Communicating and coordinating with internal and external centers regarding research and marketing.

  •  Activating partnerships with public, private, and third sectors to realize the college's goals and enhance its programs, in coordination with the university's Strategic Partnerships Department.
  •  Provide training opportunities for students through external collaborations and partnerships, ensuring job opportunities in coordination with academic departments.
  •  Raising awareness of the importance of volunteer work and community responsibility, encouraging college members to participate in volunteer activities and creating suitable incentives for participation.
  •  Recognizing outstanding efforts in volunteer work within the college community.
  •  Leveraging the university's scientific and research value to contribute to Saudi Vision 2030 by planning, designing, and implementing community-focused applied programs.
  •  Enhancing the concept of research partnerships by implementing strategic community projects in collaboration with external sectors.

 

Post-graduate Programs Department

Responsibilities:

  •  Monitoring post-graduate studies affairs and ensuring compliance with relevant procedures and regulations.
  •  Following up on student cases and ensuring adherence to academic procedures within the specified periods according to the university calendar.
  •  Monitoring activities of post-graduate studies committees within the college.
  •  Implementing and overseeing university and college policies for post-graduate studies.
  • Coordinating with the academic departments on post-graduate studies matters.

Business and Project Management Office

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring the performance of ongoing college projects with project managers, ensuring they proceed according to the approved plan in coordination with the Project Management Office.
  • Developing self-resources and enhancing income sources while monitoring the college's investment account through the Development and Consulting Services Institute.
  • Leveraging specialized expertise within the college to establish consultancies in coordination with the Institute of Development and Consulting Services.
  • Investing in the college's assets in coordination with the relevant authorities at the university.
  • Reviewing proposed future projects at the college and assessing their economic feasibility based on the college's strategic plan.
  • Following up on the performance of existing projects within the college with project managers, ensuring alignment with the approved plan in coordination with the university's Project Management Office.
