In line with its mission to achieve leadership by providing the best educational, rehabilitation and vocational programs for high school graduates and providing them with the knowledge, skills, behaviors and values that qualify them to deal with the changes of the era dominated by rapid economic, technical and cognitive changes, the college has been keen to achieve the maximum degree of compatibility between the outputs and what the labor market requires, and to this end, the college has prepared for all its programs a field training course aimed at achieving coherence and integration between the theoretical information acquired by the student in the college. And realistic practices in the labor market, as well as its role in helping the student to discover her abilities, potentials and weaknesses from practicing work in the real environment, which helps her develop herself and get a decent job, and the importance of this course is not limited to achieving the benefit of the student only, but also for the benefit of the college, by providing her with feedback information about the level of her graduates, and the effectiveness of her study plans in meeting the requirements of the labor market, which helps her in developing her curricula.
