Overview •

The College of Arts and Design is a leading college in its field across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As College of Arts and Design was established under its current name in order to develop the former Colleges of Education for girls. On 27/12/1428 AH, the Higher Education Council approved the restructuring of Colleges of Education for girls affiliated to Riyadh University, as the College of Education for Home Economics and Art Education was split into two colleges; College of Home Economics and College of Arts and Design.

The College of Arts and Design is proud of its pioneering and vital role and its ability to make an impact and change, as it is distinguished by the finest programs and the highest local and international scientific and academic standards. Based on its firm belief in the importance of providing an educational and research environment that stimulates excellence, in a way that meets the needs of the labor market, which in turn achieves sustainable development, inspired by the vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2030, as the college is distinguished by the modernity of its diverse specializations in the various fields of arts.

We, at the College of Arts and Design, are happy with our achievements and contributions to the cultural and economic development of this dear country, and our ambitions will not stop. We have many innovative programs that contribute to enriching development plans, and we also aim to nationalize all professions specialized in designs and arts.
