The General Directorate of Human Resources at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University participated in the 7th annual “Welcome Noura” event, organized by the Deanship of Development and Quality with the aim of welcoming newly appointed faculty members and those returning from scholarship programs, and introducing them to the various services offered by the university’s departments. The event was held at the University’s Conferences and Seminars Center. The Directorate's participation included a booth in the accompanying exhibition, where the Director of the General Directorate of Human Resources, Dr. Abaad Al-Zouman, presented an overview of the Directorate's services and initiatives designed to support and empower the university staff. She emphasized that participation in this event reflects the Directorate's pivotal role in empowering academic staff and facilitating their integration into the university environment, thus contributing to the realization of Princess Noura University's vision and mission. The event concluded with a panel discussion titled “Together for Noura’s Excellence,” moderated by the Dean of the Deanship of Development and Quality, Dr. Alaa Al-Luhaidan, with the participation of several university leaders. The session highlighted opportunities for academic and professional development and discussed key initiatives that enhance the quality of the university’s educational and research outputs
