The General Directorate of Human Resources Holds a Virtual Meeting with the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation to Review the University’s Performance Evaluation Experience

The General Directorate of Human Resources at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University held a virtual meeting with the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation to review the university’s experience in implementing the Performance Evaluation Regulation, highlighting the implementation phases and supporting practices. The meeting was attended by several HR staff members from both sides, including directors of performance and development departments, heads of relevant departments, and a number of specialists. The meeting addressed several key topics, including: a discussion of the mechanism for implementing the regulations and its impact on improving institutional performance, the challenges the university faced during implementation, and a detailed presentation on the models used and the effective practices that contributed to the success of the experience. The meeting also included open discussions to answer executive and administrative inquiries, as well as a review of the solutions adopted to address them and enhance performance efficiency. The discussion emphasized the importance of exchanging expertise and knowledge between universities and training institutions to strengthen administrative leadership competencies and adopt supportive mechanisms for the application of the Performance Evaluation Regulation. This contributes to achieving integration in institutional performance development and providing a supportive work environment for achieving organizational goals efficiently and effectively. This meeting comes as part of the efforts of the General Directorate of Human Resources at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University to contribute to achieving the objectives of the University’s 2025 strategic plan, which aims to enhance the work environment, improve institutional performance efficiency, foster the exchange of expertise, apply best administrative practices, and support the professional development of its staff.
