The General Directorate of Human Resources Launches the Third Phase of Job Performance Evaluation

The Job Performance Unit at the General Directorate of Human Resources at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University launched, on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, the third phase of the Job Performance Evaluation System for the academic year 1446 AH, as part of the approved annual evaluation process. The Director of the Job Performance Unit, Ms. Asmahan Al-Jaawan, emphasized the importance of employees’ readiness and their awareness of the procedures related to this phase. This includes preparing a report detailing the achievements and tasks completed during the past period, documenting contributions that highlight efforts and their impact on achieving the department’s objectives, and submitting the report to the direct supervisor in a timely manner. This will enable the supervisor to conduct a professional and objective evaluation based on clear and tangible data. She also noted that the period for appealing the evaluation result is 15 days from the date of notification of the result.
