The Human Resource Development Department at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University organized personal interviews for applicants to the Talented Recruitment Program from among the university’s administrative staff. The program, launched at the beginning of the current academic year 1446 AH, aims to support the university’s strategic objectives aligned with its future aspirations. The interviews were held at the headquarters of the General Directorate of Human Resources. The program seeks to provide participants with a distinguished opportunity to showcase their skills and expertise, contribute to bridging the gap between current practices and the university’s strategic goals, and strengthen the link between long-term vision and practical application. The Director of the Human Resource Development Department, Ms. Amal Al-Abdullatif, explained that “this stage represents the second phase of the program, during which candidates are nominated for the next stage. The interviews began on Wednesday, 20 Shaaban 1446 AH, in specialized fields including: finance and investment, graphic design, project management, and technology.” She noted that separate interview days were allocated for each specialization. She also confirmed that the interview committees include a select group of experts and faculty members with high professional experience.
