The Human Resource Development Department Launches Training Programs for the 1446–1447 AH Academic Year

The Human Resource Development Department at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University is launching a set of training programs for the 1446–1447 AH academic year across a range of specialized and general tracks aimed at developing human capital and enhancing the competitiveness of the university’s workforce. These programs focus on preparing administrative staff and cultivating highly competent leaders.The specialized and general training programs cover topics including job competency, leadership qualification, as well as a variety of professional, legal, financial, and accounting programs. These offerings support the university’s strategy and strengthen institutional enablers that promote excellence, sustainability, and job stability.The department has initiated a competitive tender through the Etimad Platform to implement a variety of training programs designed to develop the skills and capabilities of the university’s employees. The training plan includes 13 main fields, comprising 47 approved training courses, among them four courses that qualify participants for international certifications. These training programs align with the ongoing efforts of the Human Resource Development Department to support the achievement of Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University’s 2025 strategic plan, which aims to enhance job performance and advance the professional development of all administrative staff, contributing to improved work efficiency.
