The General Directorate of Human Resources Opens Applications for the First Phase of Administrative Staff Promotions

The promotions are based on the criteria approved by Princess Nourah University, which include: job performance evaluation (30%), training and development (30%), cognitive ability test (20%), and personal interview (20%). The selection and nomination process is conducted automatically through the Masar platform, starting from the initial job selection until the promotion decision is issued. Applicants can also review the procedures for using the promotions service through the Masar platform access guide available on the official website of Princess Nourah University. The promotion of employees of Princess Noura Bint Abdulrahman University is among the priorities that the General Directorate of Human Resources at the university is working on to enhance job performance and advance the career path of all its administrative staff, which contributes to raising work efficiency and achieving the goals of the university’s strategic plan 2025.
