The Grants and Loans Unit:

The Grants and Loans Unit is responsible for processing student grant and loan applications, as well as providing laptops to needy students.​

The regulations for obtaining grants and loans from the student fund are outlined, including:

   - Submitting a request form

   - Evaluating the student's situation in coordination with relevant university entities

   - Approval by the Board of Directors to determine the grant/loan amount and repayment period

   - The Board president can approve urgent requests up to certain limits

   - Loan repayment is deducted from the student's monthly stipend, up to 25% (maximum 350 SAR)

   - The student cannot be cleared from the university until the loan is fully repaid

   - The Board can exempt the student from repaying the remaining loan in necessary cases​
