The Deanship of Student Affairs Activates the International Day for Tolerance 

The Cultural Communication Club at the Deanship of Student Affairs at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University organized a meeting (Tolerance Meets Peoples) on Monday, November 25, in celebration of the International Day for Tolerance, at the University's Skills and Medical Simulation Center Theater. The program of the event included student sessions that include talking about tolerance in our Islamic law and in (Saudi Vision 2030) with the participation of a number of university students and professors and a number of bodies concerned with cultural communication and achieving the values of tolerance and peace, including the King Abdulaziz Center for Cultural Communication, Salam Center and others, as well as highlighting some initiatives and programs that reflect the orientations of Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University and its programs that adopt the value of tolerance and build bridges of communication, coexistence and peace. "Tolerance blooms here" The event is accompanied by an art exhibition entitled: Here Tolerance Blooms The exhibition is to embody tolerance with art that brings together and unites cultures and human differences, as well as a collection of paintings, sculptures, and installations that embody tolerance in creative ways. On the other hand, the event was accompanied by a workshop for female students, which included: the concept of cultural communication, the values of civilizational communication, tolerance and cultural diversity. The Deanship of Student Affairs is keen to activate this International Day due to the importance of spreading the culture of tolerance among university students and from them to the community to promote its values, and to encourage the importance of the role of tolerance in achieving peaceful coexistence and cultural and human diversity.​
