Service for Requesting Exemption from English Language Courses at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University
Dear student, congratulations you on your admission to Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University! We wish you a successful academic journey.
Through this online service, you can apply for exemption from English language courses, should you wish to do so.
Colleges are divided into different levels for English language courses, both at the first and second levels:

Note: Exemption from English language courses does not apply to the College of Languages.
Guidelines for Exemption Request from English Language Courses:
The application is submitted online and there is no need to visit the university or the English Language Institute to submit any paper documents. The student can also view the result directly from the service.
The student has the flexibility to make amendments to her application until the service closes; however, changes cannot be made after the specified submission period ends.
All attached documents will be verified by the competent authority. If discrepancies are found or if the documents do not meet the specified criteria, the application will be considered invalid.
Upon approval of the application, the student's academic trancript will indicate "Pass without a grade" (NP) for the exempted courses.
The student must commit to attending lectures until she is notified of the exemption through the service.
The student can follow up on her application and view the result through her page on the service.
Controls for Exemption Request from English Language Courses:
The student's IELTS certificate must be official and documented.
The certificate must be valid for two years from its issuance date.
Achieving the required scores in all sections of the IELTS test or its equivalent is essential.
Adherence to the specified service deadline is crucial, as requests submitted after the specified period will not be considered.
